My heater quit working in December, I knew my A/C wasn't far behind, being the same unit. I went through 4 different companies that wanted to replace the unit, ONE wanted to fix the problem. I'm so happy with Cool Care for taking the time to not only teach me about my issues with my system but also doing the work to help me and teach me along the way. Being a single mom it's like going to the "car repair company", not with Cool Care, I will recommend them 100% of the time!

Great Service from the beginning to the end. Claire in the office was friendly and polite, very helpful. Chris and Marco did an excellent job. They added a duct run in my bedroom, kept a clean, neat and tidy workspace. When adding the duct they noticed an issue that I was not aware of and saved my ceiling from being flooded. What most companies overlooked, they noticed and were able to fix the issue before something drastic could have taken place. Great AC/Heating Service company. Won't be using anyone else. Highly recommend!!!

We had an urgent situation with one of our dogs doing extensive damage to our AC electrical system which had been installed by Cool Care. We emailed on a Sunday night and the next morning we received a call. Will showed up a few hours later and repaired everything well in an efficient manner.
